Step 1
According to the arrow instructions, click the “3D Import” button on the left side of the software
Step 2
Click to select the file and open it
Step 3
Operate in sequence according to the numbers in the picture
1.Set the size of the sheet
2.Select the cutting tools for rough machining
3.Select the finishing tools
4.Click to set the knife path
Step 4
Operate in sequence according to the numbers in the picture
1.This is the setting option for the origin. It is recommended to use the origin at the lower left corner (’ i.e. X0 Y0 Z0, please do not input as shown in the picture ').
2.This is to adjust the position of the model in the board. It can be centered, at the top or bottom of the board. Just set it as needed
3.Just select rectangular relief in this setting
4.The milling depth here is set according to the existing materials
5.This setting is the distance between the edge of the sheet and the model. If the sheet is small, the distance here can be reduced (’ Note: Reserve the position of the fixture ').
Step 5
Operate according to the numbers in the picture
1.Set the parameters for rough machining (’ The speed and depth of cutting here should be converted based on the speed of the existing machine. Do not input according to the picture ')
2.Set the parameters for fine processing (’ The speed and cutting depth here should be converted based on the speed of the existing machine. Do not input according to the picture ')
Step 6
Operate according to the numbers in the picture
1.You can connect the machine and the computer with a connecting cable and click “Send” to start engraving
2.You can also choose to use a TF card for engraving. Just click “Export G Code”
