Focus adjustment before carving:
- Confirm the focus position: - Before starting to carve, it is necessary to ensure that the laser focus is located on the surface of the carved object to obtain the best engraving effect.
- Using a fixed focus column: - Using a fixed focus column as an auxiliary tool can help you adjust the focus more precisely.
- Place the fixed focus column: - Place the fixed focus column between the carved object and the adjustment block of the machine, ensuring that it is stable and in the correct position.
- Adjust the Z-axis lifting module: - Rotate the Z-axis lifting module and carefully adjust the height of the laser head until the laser module exactly touches the first step of the fixed focus column.
Precautions:
- During the adjustment process, handle with gentleness and precision to avoid any damage to the laser head or the object being engraved.。
Focus Adjustment Before Cutting:
-
Determine the Focus Position:
- Before cutting, the focus must be precisely positioned in the middle of the cutting object’s stratum to ensure the quality and accuracy of the cut.
-
Adjust the Focus According to Material Thickness:
- Based on the varying thickness of the material, the focus height should be set accordingly to meet different cutting requirements.
-
Use a Fixed Focus Post for Assisted Adjustment:
- Use a fixed focus column as an auxiliary tool to help you adjust the position of the Z-axis more accurately.
-
Settings for Different Thicknesses:
- Assuming the thickness of the engraving object is 2mm, use the second step of the fixed focus column for focus setting.
- If the object thickness is 4mm, use the third step of the fixed focus column for focus setting.
- For objects that are 6mm thick, use the fourth step of the fixed focus column to set the focus.
-
Rotate the Z-Axis Lift Module:
- Based on the selected focus column step, rotate the Z-axis lift module to precisely adjust the height of the laser head until the correct focus position is achieved.
