¶ Introduction to the TTS-Pro Series
A laser engraver is a device used for engraving various materials, including wood, plastic, paper, leather, bamboo, sponge paper, aluminum oxide, stainless steel, foam board, acrylic, and more. It is suitable for creating personalized gifts, intricate works of art, and unique home decorations. It also aids businesses in producing detailed branded products and creating fashion designs on leather and fabric.
¶ The TTS-Pro series currently offers three models, with some differences in appearance.
How does the TTS-Pro work?
The TTS-Pro boasts excellent engraving and cutting capabilities. It uses a stepping motor to drive a belt that moves the laser head, and incorporates limit switches to ensure the safety and stability of the machine’s movement. By moving the laser head and emitting light, it can achieve engraving or cutting functions. The TTS-Pro requires software control, mechanical transmission, and a laser light source to function. The software serves as an important bridge for human-machine interaction, used for editing images and text, adjusting parameters, and starting and stopping the machine. The TTS-Pro engraver has extremely fast engraving speeds and maintains higher precision even at these speeds.
¶ Laser Head Component
The TTS-Pro engraver utilizes laser modules with power ratings of 5.5W, 10W, and 20W. These employ a focused spot technology, resulting in a very small, nearly rectangular beam spot. This concentration of light energy is more effective over a longer range, with higher energy density, which translates to stronger cutting and engraving capabilities, faster engraving speeds, and finer beam spot dimensions.
¶ Mainboard Module
The TTS-Pro utilizes a high-performance MKS LS ESP32 PRO V2.1 engraving machine motherboard. The LS ESP32 PRO V2.1 motherboard is a solution specifically developed for desktop engraving machines. It features a dual-core 32-bit ESP32 super CPU with a main frequency of up to 240MHz, ensuring excellent performance.
This motherboard is equipped with noiseless TMC22 drivers, capable of achieving a maximum working speed of 30000mm/min, providing high efficiency while maintaining a quiet working environment. The LS ESP32 PRO V2.1 motherboard boasts high-performance characteristics.
