1Remove the mainboard box from the machine and then remove the back cover of the mainboard box.
2.
Mark the wires on the motherboard or take photos for reference, then remove all the wires and proceed to dismantle and replace the motherboard.
3.
After replacing the motherboard, reconnect the wires according to the previous markings, and then securely fasten the motherboard box back in place.
First, remove the X-axis guide safely, which may require the use of tools to loosen the screws or clamps holding the guide in place.
Loosen injection parts and roller screws:
Find and loosen the screws holding the injection parts and rollers in place in preparation for removing the old motor.
Remove the synchronous wheel from the motor:
Carefully remove the synchronous wheel from the motor, which may require the use of appropriate tools to avoid damaging the synchronous wheel or motor shaft.
Replace the new motor:
Place the new motor in place, making sure it aligns properly with the rest of the machine.
Lock injection parts and roller screws:
After the new motor is installed in place, re-lock the screws of the injection parts and rollers to ensure that they are firmly fixed.
Reinstall the X-axis guide:
Reinstall the X-axis guide on the machine and make sure it is properly secured.
Complete the replacement:
After completing the above steps, the necessary checks are carried out to ensure that the new motor is installed correctly and that all components are strong and reliable.
If you have any questions during the replacement process, or need further technical support, please consult the after-sales staff in detail.
Stand the machine upright and check if the BOM wheels are loose.
Use a wrench to adjust the hexagonal column of the pulley to ensure that the pulley is in close contact with the rail, and that the movement is smooth and free of wobble.
After the adjustment is complete, manually move the X-axis and Y-axis to ensure that there is no jamming during their movement along the rails.
Loosen the tensioner, use a hex wrench to tighten the synchronous pulley, and then adjust the tensioner to tighten.
Adjustment of the Y-axis synchronous belt.
For the Y-axis, loosen the self-locking nuts on both sides of the profile to adjust the synchronous belt.
The adjusted synchronous belt should also be in a state of pre-tension to ensure smooth and accurate axial movement.
The machine model in the attached video may be different from your equipment, but the method of checking and adjusting the synchronous wheel and belt is universal.
Ignore the machine model differences in the video and focus on the steps to adjust and check.
