The TS2 10W features a large engraving area of 450mm * 450mm and adopts a fully modular design, providing powerful module expansion capabilities. The machine is equipped with a gyroscope sensor, which triggers when the machine tilts more than 15° (tilt, flip, or fall), automatically stopping the laser operation to enhance safety.

¶ The laser head component
The TS2 10W engraving machine is equipped with a high-power 10W laser module, featuring a very small spot size that presents a nearly rectangular shape. The energy of the light source is more concentrated, resulting in a longer effective energy range and higher energy density, thereby improving the cutting and engraving effects. Additionally, it incorporates an automatic focus calibration function, eliminating the need for manual focusing and enhancing convenience.

¶ Y-axis drive components and drag chain components
The Y-axis drive relies mainly on the motor to drive two pairs of rods to transmit synchronously through the synchronous wheel, and also drives the belt. This transmission method has the advantages of simple structure and powerful functionality.
Both the X-axis and Y-axis are equipped with drag chains, which not only assist in the movement of the X and Y axes but also allow the wires to be placed inside, making the appearance neater and the movement smoother.

The MKS DLC32 mainboard kit is a dedicated offline engraving control board designed for desktop engraving machines. The hardware features a 32-bit high-speed ESP32 module with integrated WIFI functionality, enabling fast engraving and smartphone app control. The installation holes and circuit board dimensions of the MKS DLC32 are compatible with the MKS DLC, and it can also be used with GRBLaser and LightBurn PC software.
