¶ Preparation before use
This tutorial provides a complete set of guidance on the preparatory work required before using a laser engraving machine for beginners with no prior experience.
¶ Connect the machine with power supply
- Connect the power adapter to the machine, then insert the blue USB cable in the toolbox into both the machine and the computer, and turn on the red emergency stop switch.

¶ Install the driver
- Driver name: CH340SER.EXE
- Where is this program?
- 1、The TF card provided by the manufacturer.
- 2、Open the browser and search for: CH340SER
- CH340 Official Website
- Note: Failure to install the driver program will result in the computer being unable to connect to the machine. The driver files for Windows and MAC are different.
¶ Backup file
- Back up all the data on the TF card to the computer to prevent the loss of files.
¶ Install the software
- Select the laser software that needs to be installed in the TF card.

¶ Import configuration file
1.LaserGRBL：This software does not require the import of configuration files. It can be used as soon as it is connected.
- 1.Select the corresponding COM port
- 2.Set the baud rate to 11520
- 3.Click the link to proceed.

2.LightBurn
Step 1
Follow the sequence numbers in the figure to perform the operations.
- 1.Select the corresponding COM port software and you will know that the connection has been established with the machine.
- 2.Click on “Import Configuration for Device”
- 3.Click “Import”

- 1.Locate the configuration folder of the corresponding software in the backup TF card data.
- 2.Select the appropriate configuration file
- 3.Click to open
