How to deal with a motor not working:
- Check if the motor cables are properly installed. (You can try reinstalling them)
- If there are other motors that work properly, open the control box to locate the main control board and interchange the motor cables inside the control box. If after the interchange, the motor still doesn't work properly, it indicates a problem with the cables. Please inform us, and we will send replacements.
- If the motor vibrates but does not move, there may be an issue with the wiring sequence of the cables. Use a tool with pointed ends to interchange the sequence of the middle two wires.
- After interchanging the sequence of the wires, if the direction is incorrect, interchange the sequence of the two wires on the left side that are close together.
How to resolve occurrences of missed steps or offsets during engraving
- It could be that the timing belt is too tight, and it might help to loosen it slightly.
- It could be that the fixation method is not secure enough, and it's necessary to re-fix securely.
- Engraving settings set too fast can also lead to occurrences of missed steps or offsets.
