500W Spindle Soft limit error when clicking the tool alignment display:
Disabling the soft limit setting in the firmware is due to an issue with the machine’s travel range. The machine will retract by 1mm, causing the tool alignment to exceed the maximum travel range upon re-clicking.
Spindle Motor Not Rotating
Open the speed controller control box, short-circuit the relay interface inside, and then reopen the machine to observe if the spindle motor returns to normal operation. If it returns to normal, it indicates a damaged relay. If it still doesn’t work properly, there may be an issue with the motor in the kit.
The 80W spindle motor functions normally, but when the 500W spindle motor is powered on, it disconnects from the computer.
Disconnect the 500W motor from the knob control box, then try turning the knob or turning on the spindle on the screen (i.e., activating the control box without connecting it to the 500W motor) to see if the software disconnects. This will help determine if the issue lies with the control box or the 500W motor.
