“After using the TTC3018S for about a month, if you find granular powder residue from engraving attached to the screw rods and guide rails of the XYZ axes, it is advisable to clean them thoroughly with a tissue or cotton swab. After cleaning, apply grease to the three axes separately and move them to ensure thorough lubrication. If the machine is used frequently, it is recommended to perform maintenance and lubrication once a week to prevent deviations or misalignment during engraving, thereby effectively prolonging the machine’s lifespan.”
